it would be nice ot see headliens that say
“The supreme court has declared that the election in Virginia is invalid because Election Officers Notice the Numbers Aren’t Adding Up Between Reported Votes and Physical Ballots, and presented their evidence proving it”
Technically, the supreme court can't declare much of anything as far as invalidating an election. Unless a suit is filed or a case is before them, they're spectators just like we are.
