“The supreme court has declared..."

Technically, the supreme court can't declare much of anything as far as invalidating an election. Unless a suit is filed or a case is before them, they're spectators just like we are.

But I do get you and share the sentiment.

ah thast’s right- thanks for pointing out my mistake- I’ll change it to State courts declaring it- but the likelihood of it happening is slim to none it seems
