House Republicans voted in liberal Soros-connected RINO Tom Emmer for House Whip 115 to 106 over Rep. Jim Banks.
Tom Emmer once served as paid spokesperson for a Soros funded organization seeking to get rid of the electoral college.
Emmer is a RINO with a liberal voting record who was in charge of electing Republicans this cycle as chair of the NRCC.
