Thanks for the reply. So it’s done in parts? Legs separate and for longer? Absolutely. Plus you set the temp for the breasts lower and for less time than legs. Great thing about sous vide is you have a lot of turkey to use for making stock for use in making gravy. Also the wings go into the stock pot.
