Governor/Senator Pairing Results
New Hampshire Sununu – 250,267 Bolduc - 196,600
Pennsylvania Mastriano – 2,207,541 Oz – 2,451,028
Georgia Kemp – 2,102,341 Walker – 1,900,186
Florida DeSantis – 4,604,337 Rubio – 4,465,369
Arizona Lake – 855,212 Masters – 802,933
New Mexico Ronchetti – 320,435 Laxalt – 418,461
Ohio DeWine – 2,434,524 Vance – 2,074,340
Wisconsin Michels – 1,243,914 Johnson – 1,311,336
There's no getting around these numbers. If it's all about fraud, then why didn't the votes have similar results?
Look at New Hampshire, that's a MASSIVE percentage difference between the two.
Ohio is officially Red, as is Florida.
McConnell needs to go, he oversaw this debacle of possibly not winning the Senate
McCarthy is on the hot seat, he oversaw the Red Trickle
Trump needs to stop making this about him, it's the Make America Great Again Movement, not the Donald J Trump Movement.
If you can't handle that, all you Nina Burleigh wannabe's, just remember why you voted for him in 2016 and 2020. In 2016, he would be the skunk at the party, and we had to keep Hillary Clinton from gaining control. In 2020, it was about the RESULTS he got, not his personality, which many of us who voted FOR THE ISSUES HE RAISED and overcame.
NOT the Man. Let that sink in. People like me vote for ISSUES at the federal level, not the man. We KNOW where he screwed up while President. His cabinet SUCKED. He didn't reward loyalty in his hires. He BRAGGED about speeding through the vaccines. Went along with the lockdowns. KEPT FAUCI and WRAY IN PLACE.
Stop genuflecting about him.
2024 is NOT HIS BIRTHRIGHT, he has to earn the votes and if he can't make this about MAGA instead of himself, we need a new leader to take that mantle.
Look at those numbers above and try to make the case he HELPED us win the Senate. And believe me, I think McConnell is HORRENDOUS for the Republican brand right now. Younger voters who are Republicans don't like him either.
Wake up and stop with the conspiracies and realize we are getting killed ON THE RULES of the elections and ON THE GROUND with younger voters and urban areas, where today's technology makes it easier to run up votes in those two groups. Heck, we didn't even have to worry about a Zuckerburg laying out $500 million for buying votes with gift cards this time around.
Here's the Exit Polls on AGE:
In Which Age Group Are You?
(18,474 Respondents)
Voted (D) Voted (R) 18-29 12% of respondents 63% 35% 30-44 21% of respondents 51% 47% 45-64 39% of respondents 44% 54% 65 or over 28% of respondents 43% 55%
We need to get real.
We can talk about election strategy till the cows come home but until we get back to following election laws nationwide and get rid of this mail in and drop box insanity its all pointless.
Sadly, I have to agree. I am seriously bummed about the results, and don’t think Trump is helping our cause anymore. But, I will get on my treadmill this morning and carry on with my life. I will be going into hunker down mode and do my best for my family as the world implodes around us.
DeSantis publicly prosecuted “cheaters” this year, right?
YES...WHAT YOU WROTE!!!
Cheaters won yesterday...again.
Yes, but it looks like a few shouldn’t have been. Better to do it quietly next time.
When I saw that last night, my jaw hit the floor -- hard.
DeSantis is the real deal. Anyone who had any questions about that going into last night got the answer in a big way.
For the rest: there are none so blind as those who refuse to see.
What about Congressional “leaders?” Bet McConnel is happy today...
McConnel and Milquetoast McCarthy both need to be put to pasture. New leadership in the House & Senate is desperately needed. If the Republican Party can’t see that, then they’re toast in 2024 and there’ll be no stopping it.
Oh, McConnell sucks balls. He shouldn’t survive this debacle, IF we take the Senate.
Dream on
Sununu is very popular here. He is very pro second amendment and anti taxes, which resonates with even democrats in this state. No way he was not going to win. Many independents and democrats will vote for him, which is why his numbers are so high.
I have no doubt that Bolduc was cheated, but I still would not expect him to have the same number of votes as Sununu.
This business of having a red state with blue federal representation is not unusual for NH. I don’t like it nor trust it, but that is the way it’s been and in part that’s due to NH political system.
How anyone who works for a living, owns a home, has a family and/or has been paying even casual attention to what the policies of the Democrat/Communist Party have done to our American Republic and what the actions of The Democrat/Communist Party have put people through -- deliberately and on a very personal level -- over the past two years could possibly want to continue the path we're on as a society is truly beyond belief.
To even attempt to make logical, perhaps even a smidgen of emotional sense of this, over the next few days I am going to re-read Erich Fromm's masterpiece from 1941, "Escape from Freedom". I cannot allow this cognitive disparity to stand without some sort of explanation as to why it does and how it can. I need to understand how people who just a few years ago lived under Liberty can support -- even encourage -- this growing, this obvious race toward tyranny.
In the meanwhile, to adjust to living in today's American society beginning this afternoon I shall adopt and practice the survivalist's philosophy of life as delivered by John Goodman in "The Big Lebowski": "F*ck it, Dude. Let's go bowling."
NY Post right now:
“Former President Donald Trump tore into defeated New Hampshire GOP candidate Don Bolduc — whom he had endorsed for the Senate — for walking back his claim that the 2020 election was stolen.
“Don Bolduc was a very nice guy, but he lost tonight when he disavowed, after his big primary win, his long-standing stance on Election Fraud in the 2020 Presidential Primary,” Trump wrote on his social media platform Truth Social on Tuesday.
“Had he stayed strong and true, he would have won, easily,” added the former commander-in-chief, who endorsed Bolduc late last week. “Lesson Learned!!”
Trump just can’t help himself
I don’t think that’s got anything to do with it.
I think there was enough fraud, and outright lies by Hassan et al, to sway the voters.
Their lying was so egregious that the election commissioner for the state issued a cease and desist order for those mailings. Sadly, the damage was done and Bolduc was portrayed as wanting to eliminate all abortion, (his “extreme” views on abortion according to the left), and cutting social security and medicare funding, neither of which were true. But you’d have to do more than listen to hassan’s propaganda hit pieces.
Tell it to DJT and his minions, they just can’t see the forest for the trees.
I will never not vote, and will continue to pray for thiscountry, but Lord Almighty, I ***HATE*** politics.
Agree with ya. It’s so disheartening because there’s no fixing that. I think it would literally take a catastrophe in order for the brainwashed idiots eyes to be opened. And maybe not even then, look at the Jones Kool-Aid drinkers.
👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
I think a better comparison would be to turnout in the 2018 midterms.
Yeah, we need to go back to the Bushes, McCains, Doles and Fords.
