And it will be the death blow to Free Republic. Before 2015, quarterly Freepathons were wrapped up in 6-8 weeks. Now they’re perpetual, and hardly meet the goal. In fact, the goals have been reduced.
The Great FR Purge happened during the GOP primary of 2007. It was live a civil war here. There were a million zots during that period. We lost a lot of really awesome, creative FReepers. FR was never the same again after all those bannings.
