Attack On Europe: Documenting Russian Equipment Losses During The 2022 Russian Invasion Of Ukraine

This list only includes destroyed vehicles and equipment of which photo or videographic evidence is available. Therefore, the amount of equipment destroyed is significantly higher than recorded here. Small arms, ATGMs, MANPADS, loitering munitions, drones used as unmanned bait, civilian vehicles, trailers and derelict equipment are not included in this list. All possible effort has gone into avoiding duplicate entries and discerning the status of equipment between captured or abandoned. Many of the entries listed as 'abandoned' will likely end up captured or destroyed. Similarly, some of the captured equipment might be destroyed if it can't be recovered. When the origin of a piece of equipment can't be established, it is not included in the list. The Soviet flag is used when the equipment in question was produced prior to 1991. This list is constantly updated as additional footage becomes available

I am amazed how many people who post on this site complain about it, if it is so stupid ignore it. I appreciate speedy doing this and usually get some good info. Perhaps today I will learn from cranked that Ukraine has topped 10000 tanks lost and the nazis have been destroyed and the glorious God fearing Putin has with love in his heart vaporized more of his beloved Ukrainian family in the name of liberation.

It seems interesting that this daily posts appears in the rota next to "MMT Alert! US Debt At $10.7 Trillion In Q4 2008, Now At $30.6 Trillion, +186% In 14 Years (M2 Money UP +162.5%) US Unfunded Liabilities At $172.4 TRILLION!" posted by Kaiser8408a.

That the cheering section for tens of billions to be spent in a war between two non-NATO countries ignores the economic impact suggests that the "one issue" voter is found among ostensible conservatives, while the true conservative should be rooted in economic reality.

"Running totals" is a phrase that can be used for more than counting tanks. A "running total" is the amassing of unpayable debt towards economic collapse. But rah-rah daily for something....

- Zaporizhya: no changes.

———————————————————————————————————————
••Strategic News:
••China:
A Chinese company is buying lithium deposit in Argentina for US$2.2 billion and its importance is not so much that the Chinese company investing in lithium because lithium is a material of strategic importance. Argentina, Chile, and Bolivia have almost half of the world’s deposits of lithium, but the more important thing is: what China is trying to do is to create cracks in US defense or US turf, because typically US considered South America an area where US has exclusive rights or significant influence.

Some of the countries are out of that influence, but its a legacy view or approach. At the same time, China’s goal is to ensures that Argentina, if there is a conflict over Taiwan, is going to be neutral, or even take the side of China - probably unlikely that it will take side of China, but at least neutrality is good enough for China.

For that reason, I got a some of the comments from the viewers about yesterday’s video when I was saying that China is slowly increasing its support in South East Asia, specifically Cambodia, Vietnam, all of those countries, also Pakistan; the comment from the viewer was: ‘in many of those countries. people really hate Chinese’, but that’s not the point.

The point is that China ensures political neutrality, or even support - probably neutrality is good enough; China understands the limitations, and they understand that, even if Vietnam was long-standing enemy for for a thousand years, they’re not gonna turn into brothers and sisters and best friends, but neutrality is good enough and that’s because China wants not to get backstabbed through those territories by by the West.

They want to rock solid rare that con through which they cannot be attacked and that’s all they want they don’t then they fully realize limitations.

••Russia:
Another point related to this is nobody is ever fully prepared for war when they go to the war, for example: when Russia invaded Ukraine, it wasn’t fully prepared, but they decided to throw everything they had, regardless of their level of preparedness.

They made huge progress since invasion of Georgia in 2008 - Georgia is a is a former Soviet Republic in Caucus Mountains - they improved their military quite substantially, but as this war shows, there is a lot of failings. There’s a lot of problems - there are more problems than solutions, more problems than the problems they solved, but they still jumped, because they felt Ukraine is too weak, and nobody will say anything in the world, or there won’t be any real support; they miscalculated.

It’s the same mistake China may make; they believe they are giant and nobody will dare. The same arrogance - that’s typical for dictatorships where the inherent thinking is a dictatorship cannot fail. China’s expansion using money & diplomacy is continuing; they are moving slowly, one by one, trying to build the right situation in preparation of the eventual attack.

••Tactical Situation:
••Orlan-30:
Russia has started using a little bit more technology. There is a change happening to what the Russian military is using now: the Orlan-10. I explained how it works several times in July and May of this year, and why its important, why its excellent tool for for the task, & that Ukraine doesn’t have a match, and that the West a whole doesn’t have a match for it. What the Russians did - they modified - now Orlan-30’s payload is a laser beam. The Orlan-30 is flying and pointing that laser beam at the target a Ukrainian tank or Ukrainian artillery piece, and then Russian artillery shoots; they have more technological advanced shells its called Krasnopol.

Edit: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Krasnopol_(weapon_system)

It’s from Soviet Union; its not super technological advance, but for the Soviet Union which didn’t have anything, this was step forward. It was developed in the 1980s in the Soviet Union, and hits a target by the laser beam, reflects from the target, and this shell captures that reflection, and drives itself at that target. and so this is like a Soviet version of the precision artillery shells. Russian has very few of those, but they decided to pull them out from from their inventory and started using, and they’ve been using them recently quite actively on the front line, and inflicted quite a bit of painful losses to Ukrainian equipment.

This is a new development that’s been observed on the front line in terms of energy infrastructure attacks by Russian military. There were no significant attacks, everything is relatively quiet - the electrical system is half dead, but still managing to survive, at least for now. When it gets colder if Russia doesn’t continue these attacks & it gets colder, there is not small a chance the system will fall apart into islands, but hopefully not. However, the system is on its last legs.

••Zaporizhya
The Zaporizhya nuclear power station looks like it was reconnected again back to Ukrainian power grid - very unclear situation how that happened, and how Russian side allowed that to happen, because they would not do it without some concession - so that’s the only question: what is the concession they’re getting in return for that?

••North Luhansk:
Things here are futile Ukrainian attacks against the Russian defensive positions that ends nowhere, and I spoke yesterday about the tactical approach of the Russian troops - how they built their defenses at Kherson Bridgehead, the typical defenses there - probably something very similar is being used here.

There’s big challenge, a big problem for Ukrainian troops overcoming such defenses in some ways its almost useless to even launch these attacks, because its waste of resources that doesn’t lead to anything, unless there is an organizational change in Ukrainian troops and a skill set upgrade and a different strategy - otherwise its futile attacks,

••North Donbas:
Wagner Mercenaries continue their attacks all across the front line. There was a little of bit news - Ukrainian troops trying to counter attack & the end status quo, but neither side gained or lost anything at this point.

••Central Donbvas:
Russian troops managed to get themselves into Publica and now they are they’re being destroyed there by Ukrainian artillery - from Russian sources: there are very heavy losses there, and eventually, they probably will be driven out just because they’re going to be sustaining extremely high losses for for nothing; that was a royal mistake by a Russian command and, so far they not fixing it.

••Kherson Bridgehead:
Also quiet. Russian sources report Ukrainian command is moving forces to hear make a live probably with the idea of more like a frontal attack towards Kherson which is terrible idea and in general its a terrible idea right now for Ukrainian troops to attack.

Ukrainian command has no skills, no strategy, no right commanders, know nothing just as of its just turning into waste of resources that Ukraine does not have right we we spoke many times I spoke many times that Ukraine is I think what three and a half times smaller than Russia just from like human resources right so the only way to win in this war for Ukraine is to be more efficient, better, and what is being done right now is the exactly opposite. Its bringing the demise of Ukraine with these futile attacks that don’t lead to anything & really undermine Ukrainian ability to continue defend itself.

There are no new reports about HIMARS attacks against the Russian supply lines, they are probably happening, but because its quiet I would assume that there is not much pain for the Russian side right now. They are getting some supplies - they’re not perfect, it looks like it is getting towards shortage of even boats and everything, but nevertheless, they still hold on to this bridgehead the the prediction remains the same: this bridgehead is a little bit lost by the Russian troops & the way it goes, its just the question of time.

Russia isn’t a NATO country, it is the threat that NATO was founded to defend itself from, this thread is about the invasion of that threat right up to NATO borders.

NATO has an interest in Russia invading our border countries, and what their success and conquering raw materials and populations means for our future as a defensive alliance to protect ourselves from them.

--- "No mention by you of the US$ trillions spend by your fellow travelers in the US Congress causing more inflation- while spending huge sums on environmental hoaxes, ‘green energy’ and expensive EVs no one wants."

A fascinating non-reply from someone who speaks as if he/she is not among the fellow travelers, i.e. citizens on this US.

Want additional mentions? I am pleased to reflect herein the same sorts of views I post to other articles. Climate change is a hoax and attempt by the corrupt to transfer wealth. The whole mRNA hoax is a corrupt attempt to amass wealth through media-driven fear. The "green" EVs are hoaxes, with the life cycle of an EV from raw materials to discard being worse for an environment than internal combustion engines. Too many people being attached to the public teat for grants, subsidies and more is a money pit. AND the tens of billions added to the US debt being funneled into a war between two non-NATO nations is another.

Or, as you wrote in your recent post, "Ukrainian command has no skills, no strategy, no right commanders, know nothing just as of its just turning into waste of resources that Ukraine does not have right we we spoke many times I spoke many times that Ukraine is I think what three and a half times smaller than Russia just from like human resources right so the only way to win in this war for Ukraine is to be more efficient, better, and what is being done right now is the exactly opposite. So you may conclude, my overall interest is in what people including you actually say. So, rah-rah for funding a "futile" non-NATO war, which I add in a "running total" to the huge mess which is the trillions we and our next generations will face in short order.

But, what the heck....

--- "NATO has an interest in Russia invading our border countries...."

Border countries. As you correctly note. So now almost all the western border of Russia is with "border countries" right across that little line on a map as on a bit of real estate. And of course, NATO has never been an aggressor, as they weren't under Clinton when bombing non-NATO Serbia for three months over non-NATO Kosovo. Not that NATO has any "peacekeeping" forces in a non-NATO Kosovo today, other than the KFOR. But what the heck.... Just border countries.

As to border countries and the US, how are we doing in non-NATO Syria, which does not want us involved? It's a question, one among many. Like Obama's bombing of Libya, which is quite the mess today. Like Nuland's delightful diplomacy caught on audio recording, "f*ck Europe."

The whole is a very big place with many players, not all friendly to the current crop of Democrats and RINOs which -- until hopefully this week's election topples some -- have earned us nothing. Nothing but more than $172 trillion in unfunded liabilities.

My arithmetic says we're broke and running on a credit card. What does your arithmetic say? "Running totals" these days, or is it just too easy to not see the largest picture?

If you are sneaking into Kherson to find out what is going on, remember that how you use your fork and knife is one way they can detect secret agents.

Your arithmetic isn't arithmetic. Nor a cogent response. I shall chalk it up to your politics, which seems not any sort of fiscal conservatism. But you do ad hominem rather nicely. Congratulations.

In the meanwhile, America and NATO have serious concerns involving Russia having started a major European war as it attempts to regain its ability to threaten the rest of Europe.

Unless you have spent some time in Argentina you can’t imagine the inferiority complex it suffers. After its hatred fom Brazil, the USA is next. That, even though we have had little to do with that miserable place that has spawned a Pope who is intellectually on a par with Joe Biden. For a century at least Argentina has followed a foreign policy that may be characterized: I’m cutting off my nose to spite my face.
