They're calling calling it a "process crime," contempt of court.

In other words, because they wouldn't give up their rights on the demands of a judge, they are in contempt.

Who brought what charges against who in the first place? I read the article but it still wasnt clear to me who ‘stole’ data from whom?

Uh-huh.

So when the Supreme Court tells Biden the EPA can’t make up laws, or a #’d Circuit Court of Appeals tells Biden he can’t pay off Gender Study student loans, but he still does it anyway...

Why don’t THOSE judges call them on their blatant contempt?

I know the answer but had to point this out rhetorically.
