I wonder what Twitter’s management did the past few months to poison-pill the deal by including a massive severance for those who end up being laid off.
This will be interesting.
By my view the majority of Tweater users are liberals.
(I’ve been suspended for years but can read tweets)
Will they stick around? Or will Tweater become another version of Parler, Truth Social, etc?

It’s my understanding Musk wants to change the site as well.
Some type of marketplace in addition to its current scope.
We’ll see.
I’m not sure how true that is. I follow about 100 conservative accounts on Twitter and have created a pretty good conservative commentary/news feed out of it. Now I just need to worry less about my followed accounts being taken out of action.

By my estimation, the majority of twitter users are bots run by a few liberals :)
One of the biggest head-fakes of all time. I don’t know what he is going to do with what he bought; but I’m pretty sure he’s going to re-purpose it.
And among his first steps should be to unban all current and former US elected officials, inviting them, including President Trump to rejoin the platform. Setting that legal free speech shall be observed and respected, promising to fire any employee that violates it for political or personal reasons.
Great, now fire everybody.
If he REALLY wants to “help humanity”, he’ll shut down Twitter once the ink is dry on the buyout.
Then, he can do the same for Facecrook, Instaporn, and TikToCCP.
