It’s too close to do anything about Hunter Bidens’s laptop and all of the likely criminal acts found there because it is always ‘too close to an election,’ but the Biden regime can continue on with their pursuits of political enemies with the full weight of the US Government and at a time while some states are even in early voting, just weeks away from the final election day- and they are on numerous fronts.
“Justice Department accuses China of attempting to disrupt the prosecution of Huawei
Two Chinese intelligence agents have been charged with attempting to disrupt the prosecution of a Chinese telecommunications firm, US attorney general Merrick Garland has announced,” The Guardian reported Monday afternoon.
Garland’s boss was busy too:
“Fifteen days before the midterms, President Biden visits DNC headquarters in Washington and acknowledges that his party is running “against the tide” and casts doubt on the polls – but predicts a final surge for the Democrats.”
It was Garland that was trending on social media on Monday afternoon.
Talking Head @ohnj88 posted: #MerrickGarland October 24th should officially be renamed “Liberal Meltdown Day,” in response to Garland’s huge press conference. But they said they weren’t going to do such things- about Hunter’s criminal charges from his laptop- remember?
The hypocrisy is limitless with the embattled Democrats who will obviously do anything to try to hold on to power.
Independent media slammed Garland.
“More election meddling from the illegitimate Biden Regime. US Attorney General Merrick Garland will hold a press conference Monday afternoon at 1:30 pm ET to discuss “significant national security cases addressing malign influence schemes and alleged criminal activity by a nation-state actor in the United States,” Christine Laila reported for Gateway Pundit, adding:
“The midterm elections are nearly two weeks away and Biden’s corrupt Justice Department is making a major announcement on ‘national security cases.’ It is unclear which foreign country will be named or if the criminal activity is related to the midterms. FBI Director Chris Wray, Deputy Attorney General Lisa Monaco and Assistant Attorney General for National Security Matthew Olsen will be joining Garland.
NBC News reported:
Attorney General Merrick Garland will hold a news conference Monday afternoon to discuss “significant national security cases addressing malign influence schemes and alleged criminal activity by a nation-state actor in the United States,” the Department of Justice announced in an advisory.
Garland will speak at 1:30 p.m. ET, and will be joined by Deputy Attorney General Lisa O. Monaco, FBI Director Christopher Wray, Assistant Attorney General for National Security Matthew G. Olsen and other Justice Department officials.

The news hit mid-afternoon that the big story was Federal authorities unsealed charges Monday against a dozen people, including members of China’s security and intelligence apparatus, for allegedly trying to exert influence in the United States to benefit their own country.
Three cases were filed in New York and New Jersey, including:
Seven Chinese nationals – two of whom were arrested on Thursday in New York – were charged with participating in a scheme to force the repatriation of a Chinese national living in the United States. The charges include surveillance and engaging in a campaign to harass and coerce the U.S. resident under a campaign known as “Operation Fox Hunt.”
Two Chinese intelligence officers were charged Monday with attempting to obstruct a criminal prosecution in New York. The defendants remain at large. They were charged with trying to steal confidential information from a global telecommunications company.
Four Chinese nationals, including three Ministry of State Security intelligence officers, were charged Monday in New Jersey for allegedly taking part in a long-running intelligence campaign targeting U.S. individuals to act as agents of China.
“As these cases demonstrate, the government of China sought to interfere with the rights and freedoms of individuals in the United States and to undermine our judicial system that protects those rights. They did not succeed,” Attorney General Merrick Garland said. “The Justice Department will not tolerate attempts by any foreign power to undermine the rule of law upon which our democracy is based.”
Other big election news:
Polls show tight races for Senate in Ohio and Wisconsin and a Democrat in the lead in Pennsylvania as the party hopes to maintain its majority in Congress’s upper chamber.
Areas represented in Congress by 2020 election deniers tend to have seen their white population decline and be less well-off and well-educated than elsewhere, a New York Times analysis found.
Republican senator Lindsey Graham’s subpoena compelling his appearance before a special grand jury investigating the campaign to meddle with Georgia’s election results two years ago is on hold thanks to conservative supreme court justice Clarence Thomas.
“BREAKING: Justice Clarence Thomas, acting unilaterally, issues a “shadow docket” ruling for Sen. Lindsey Graham, agreeing to temporarily halt Graham from testifying in probe of pro-Trump election interference in Georgia,” is how one outlet described the action.
“To be clear, Justice Thomas issued an “administrative stay,” which blocks the Eleventh Circuit ruling only temporarily while the full Court decides whether to block it pending appeal. Such a ruling is *not* predictive of how the full Court (or even Thomas) will vote on the stay,” CNN reported.
Just about the first investigation by the DOJ of someone besides american politicians or federal employees in fifteen years. And at that it’s still a bribery case of American politicians which will become classified information and ruled inadmissible during the defense of those charged.
These clods and that trashpile outback of an organization have looked the other way on espionage for decades. All America knows it is being done so their political masters can rake in foreign cash. Not foolin no one no how Fibs.
Is someone going to try and kidnap the Gov of MI again?
They were charged with trying to steal confidential information from a global telecommunications company.
Try to steal? Why didn’t they just start working with the Clinton’s, it would have been handed to them on a silver platter.
It’s easy. She gets on access to someone on the Board. She makes it known that she needs access to information. If they don’t give her access, helicopters and planes start crashing, home invasions, street robberies and maybe a walk in Ft Marcy Park late at night for no reason, and VOILA...all the material is hand delivered. Without even a raised voice.
We can always ask Seth Rich...
Where is he on the list? He’s gotta be around 70 +/-, sadly.
I’d like to think that the Justice Department is working for US interests in this one case, but I just cannot.
I’m watching the sandlot
These guys have a junior high mentality like they’re in the sandlot.
Excellent point and well written.
Otherwise known as a Squirrel Operation.
They do indeed. 😀
Two WHOLE Chinese?!?
Wow! Must have taken the FIBbers months and millions to come up with two Chinese spies.
Sheesh!
This is what I found most note worthy in this story:
- They teased us with a forthcoming BIG story
- They had all the top DOJ and FBI brass attending the BIG reveal
- Then the story is just that they arrested two Chinese nationals
Big whoop. That is not a big story, not worth all the hoopla.
Maybe I am wrong but I found that odd.
I watched the BBC and ABC news last night and not a single word about this media hyped announcement. I figure that the media was hoping for an announcement about indicting Trump, and when that didn’t happen, they lost interest.
I can’t even see this news as helping the dems. Who would want these morons handling serious trouble with China? Not even most dems are that stupid. Well, okay, maybe they are but most Independents aren’t
