The federal gov doesn’t have the constitutional authority to cancel the midterm elections. It’s a state thing. Of course, the commie states might go along, but the non-commie won’t.

The federal government does not have constitutional authority to regulate commerce within a State, regulate things which only affect commerce but which are not commerce, have programs like Social Security or Medicare, or indeed most of what it currently does.
The Constitution does not matter one jot to the scum in DC.
