Tortious interference.
I’d bet the ranch that the DOJ is behind this. While I have no love for Chase, we’ve seen this scrip before with Facebook and Twitter and the fascist government goons.
Any bank that behaves like this should lose its charter. These are no longer banks, but political organizations.
WTH is this????
I’m going to take a possibly wrong take on this.
They didn’t do the paperwork right or follow the legal rules for filing and got told no by the bank.
Just a take on this, sometimes these political organizations fail to do something they should have intentionally to gain publicity to better leverage a more “aware” (asleep) donor base.
If everyone would sell stock in companies like this, or pull 401k/403b cash outta funds owned by the likes of JP Morgan!!
It’d be a start to send a msg!
I don’t see the benefit of using the large national banks like Chase and Bank of America, et. al.
They’re expensive and restrictive.
Perhaps if one has to do large commercial transactions, but there must be regional alternatives that aren’t as infected with wokeism.
I have no problem with discriminating against clients for any reason at all. We all should have the right of free association— to do business with who we want. The problem is , and the Left knows this, it is a one way street. They can freely discriminate against the right, but the instant we do it we are sued for violation of the civil rights act, because they will claim disparate impact on blacks because they are more likely to be Democrats or Communists. The only remedy to this is to repeal the Civil Rights Act and restore the right of free association, but no one will touch that. So they will continue to do this to us, and we can do nothing in return.
Assuming that the Republicans do win big in November, I would put the bosses of Chase under oath and ask them WHO ORDERED this cancellation. The one thing we know, FOR CERTAIN, is that the idea did not come from Chase.
