The Russian military has declared that it will continue to strike Ukrainian military and energy infrastructure targets.
On Tuesday, General Igor Konashenkov, the spokesman for Russia’s defense ministry, confirmed that the strikes that have been occurring have been carried out with high-precision long-range air-and-sea-based weapons. In addition, he announced that U.S.-supplied rocket and radar systems have been destroyed.

About 20 years ago I was talking to a Polish guy that lived under one of their flare ups with the Russians in the late 1960’s.(Don’t take this date as set in stone, I’m going off memory)
He said the Russian government is a ‘predatory animal’ and the first thing they did during the occupation was cut the power. He also said Russian soldiers stayed close to their barracks because if they ended up in the wrong part of town, they would get the crap kicked out of them.
He seemed like a straight shooter & I believe he was honest & sincere in his recollection.
