The Russian military has declared that it will continue to strike Ukrainian military and energy infrastructure targets.

On Tuesday, General Igor Konashenkov, the spokesman for Russia’s defense ministry, confirmed that the strikes that have been occurring have been carried out with high-precision long-range air-and-sea-based weapons. In addition, he announced that U.S.-supplied rocket and radar systems have been destroyed.

Wrong. Russia has given up on Europe, wants to be free of any economic dependency on the West and knows there will never be shortage of buyers for oil and gas.

Russian Derangement Syndrome blinds one to reality.

But, despite this and the fact that Ukraine has no air defense whatsoever, the Biden regime and neocons are assuring us that Ukraine is winning and Russia is inept.

Same people that insist there are 23 sexes, we are saving money on gas, and that inflation was transitory.

I suspect that adherence to the Minsk Agreements and removal of the West’s diplomatic style of temper tantrum two-year-old children, could have avoided this entire mess.

...Biden regime and neocons are assuring us...

You are right, however that phrase has a far wider application to Western decline than just Ukraine.

Hadn’t heard that. Sounds like 1945 Germany or 1941
Russia.

Exactly what Ukie social postings are mentioning. Even more interesting from the US former ambassador to Russia ( not reported by the western MSM):

“The United States should strive for a ceasefire in Ukraine, said former US Ambassador to the USSR Jack Matlock.
“Ukraine, even being supported by the NATO bloc, is not capable of creating a stable functioning state within the 1991 borders. If Ukraine tries to take back these territories by force, and such actions are encouraged by the US and NATO, Russia is very likely to destroy Ukraine in retaliation.

“The war could probably have been avoided if Ukraine had followed the Minsk agreements, recognized the Donbas as an autonomy within Ukraine, did not accept NATO military advisers, and pledged not to join NATO. However, what was possible back in January 2022 now seems to be unattainable. Russia’s annexation of new regions raises the stakes but the longer the conflict lasts, the more difficult it will be to avoid the complete destruction of Ukraine.”

So there you have it: the West is cracking, ( and turning to a de industrialized ice cube) the Ukie populace is now mentioning the Minsk Accords, AND the new Russian General Armageddon is now stating in yesterday’s speech- the Ukies are going to “ receive the full treatment “….of course, not broadcast by the western MSM.

My money remains on Vlad- he still holds all the cards.

Bad news for the war cheerleaders.

Good point. Putin’s Russia is addicted to Soros EU cash. That’s what pays for their corruptly purchased yachts and Italian villas. Russia is everything it claims Ukraine to be. Corrupt, inbred and fake.

You might want to look at the gaggle of RINOs and leftists your holding hands with before repeating that line again.

And he’s made himself the poster boy of military incompetence and corruption. Making Russia the UKRs biggest supplier of military hardware and munitions will be studied and talked about for generations.

Agree, and I am aware of Ambassador Matlock's statement.

I cannot make any predictions. I believed that after Reagan and his brilliant management of diplomacy, the US economy, and how to talk about weapons without sabre rattling, that resulted in the decline of the Soviet Union, that this present situation would never happen.

I was wrong.

There is nothing that the American Prog Socialist Left cannot turn to War.

What a stupid US President. Whoever thought we could get these systems in there over land and rail when Russia controls the airspace...

Turn out the lights...

One report I read stated that it was 40% of the power stations in Ukraine. This is a set up for Phase Two, coming in November. Russians learn slow—but learn good. Wait till they start to channel their inner Mongol personality.
