Just going to point out that we do not need the oil reserve. Our oil is already reserved. Its all over the country in the ground and easily accessible. We can frack it out at anytime quickly and easily. We know where it is. And its diverse. The oil reserve puts a lot of oil all in one place. We no longer need a oil reserve as long as we have so much easily fracked oil in known vast quantities under the ground.
