The US needs a parallel pro American federal government
I’m going to be moving my money out of chase bank at some point soon.
I’ve been with our credit union for 30 years. Business, personal, auto loans, home improvement, you name it. They have all the features of a bank but members own it.
Case in point: My wife and I just signed up for medical cost sharing plan based on Christian values. It is not insurance, but we don’t need that much medical care. After leaving the corporate world, it is nigh impossible to find health insurance for individuals since our premiums support the bloated medical/insurance bureaucracy and fund lots of “medical care” we don’t agree with, e.g. abortion, “gender care,” etc.
The cost is dramatically lower per month. Conservatives need to do more of this, and deprive the woke of our support.
This is what the confederates should have done before seceding. They should have separated the economic connections to the power structure of the North, and eventually there would have been no motive for the North to insist on keeping them.
Of course, with the North's control of congress, they probably would have passed more laws forcing the South to patronize connected Northern businesses.
That corrupt interplay between government and crony capitalism will not be denied their money streams if there is anything in their power that can prevent it.
