This is totally unexpected. Is Tulsi a trojan horse?

I'm not sure what her end game is. This goes against her running on a third party ticket with an establishment Republican as Kari Lake is solid MAGA.

It is hard to consider this a short term Trojan Horse move, as it will be hard for Hobbs to paint Lake as a right wing "Extremist" with Gabbard's support.

If she wants a cabinet spot in the 2025 Trump admin, she can probably have one. I don't see her as Trump's VP, as she is still quite liberal on key issues.

I don't know what her plan is. She has one, though.

"If she wants a cabinet spot in the 2025 Trump admin, she can probably have one."

Excellent point - she's young enough to have that be a plus in a later Senate or VP run.

She can be two things at the same time:

a) Liberal truly softening into a moderate conservative, and
b) An opportunist, seeing this as a good time to burnish her creds.

Tulsi took the leap with success in mind or she would have just left the dems.
She also recognized the tide was going red.
Why stay blue.
She has disappointed me in the past.. so I don’t trust her yet.
