I think Trump would have failed.
Some blacks would enjoy the jobs while others would loot, vandalize and attack the companies, just like what has happened with most economic zones in these crime-ridden communities.
The communities never stand up against the crime in defense of their new well-paying jobs. No. They attack any crackdown by law enforcement.
That is why these things always fail. Until you change the culture of crime and the hate of the citizens, you will just build and watch it burn over and over again.
These cultures reject your "white" idea of getting a job and providing for family.
Until that changes, you will not turn these cultures around (and it is not just black, but hispanic and white cultures as well)
They have rejected your economics and your view of work, responsibility, family and community.
It’s actual evidence that the progressive liberal tolerance towards crime and their policies about justice, social welfare, welfare programs and horseshit education in black schools while denying vouchers has been a complete and total SUCCESS!....................
Everything they wanted was achieved. The results are beyond their wildest imaginations..................

In Chicago, most of the homicides are committed by "race unknown" with black victims.
You could probably, in all honesty, add 95% of the "unknowns" to the black column, giving them about 75% of all homicides rather than 60%.
That stat alone explains so much and it tell you the hysterical BS about race is completely wrong
Every Spaniard is Hispanic, by definition.

If you ever watch the Mexican shows on Telemundo, you’d think Mexico was a European country.
Whites and Hispanics are lumped together when perp stats are listed.
They’re separated in victim stats.

Other thing not mentioned is age range and gender.
Black males between 15-34 are far less a percentage than 13%. Cut out half as female that’s 6.5%. Than half or more for age. But let’s say 3%.
3% of the population 60% of murders.
These also are the solved murders. Clearance rate for murder in major cities is under 50%. So likely the 60% figure is low.

Given the majority of the "unknowns" happen in black dominated parts of the city and are typically gang related where no one's caught, I'd say you're 100% correct.
BTW: Chicago PD's clearance rate on murders is @ 15%. If you want to kill someone and not get caught, bring them to Chicago. I'm NOT kidding about 15% clearance rate.
