Everyday reports of Putin on the ropes are almost as common as the “Walls are finally closing in on Trump!”.
Like when Belushi is finally caught by Carrie Fisher and comes up with a dozen reasons on why he left her at the altar, TOO MANY reasons just isn’t believeable.

First off, this war should have never happened, and IMO, it could have and should have been avoided. It is highly probable that this conflict would never have started under a Trump administration.
Afghanistan is gone, so it seems reasonable that a lot of people need to keep the money laundering supply chain rolling along and the Ukrainian conflict seems to be a perfect vehicle with billions of US tax dollars flowing on a regular basis. And notice that almost no money or supplies, outside of a small bit from the UK, has come from the EU, you know the place where the conflict is actually in their backyard and affects them most directly.
Finally, the only conflict in my lifetime where worldwide peaceniks have been silent as stones and where there is never any serious discussion to settle this or bring about a diplomatic solution.
No, a lot of rotten actors in Russia and Ukraine, and a lot of outside corruption, especially in the US, to keep these bad actors in their purposefully destructive ways.
