Put another notch in Major League Baseball’s woke belt. Particularly the Boston Red Sox, who turned a ceremonial first pitch into an indoctrination of critical race theory (CRT).
On Monday night, the Bosox invited Ibram X. Kendi to throw out the first pitch – usually an innocuous event. But he’s been throwing deceitful pitches at public education for some time now. Honoring him at a game is as good as promoting what he's specifically known for.
Kendi is a radical Boston University professor, a peddler of critical race theory, a contributor to a book followup to the farcical 1619 Project and the author of a children’s indoctrination book titled Goodnight Racism.
The 1619 Project was founded by a New York Times contributor, Nikole Hannah-Jones, which goes without saying it lacks historical accuracy. The Heritage Foundation reports it has been “roundly debunked by a chorus of renowned academics for gross factual and thematic inaccuracies, its most outlandish claim is that the American Revolution was fought to protect slavery.
The respected historian of the American Revolution, Gordon Wood, said he does not know ‘of any colonist who said that they wanted independence in order to preserve their slaves.’ Nor does anyone else. There is no historical record.”
Plain and simple, Kendi’s appearance at Fenway Park was a brushback pitch at conservatives who detest his anti-American influence on government education and the students subjected to its woke propaganda. Numerous states are attempting to ban it from public school curriculum.

Glad they didn’t make the playoffs.
Yet another fake African.
Very sad about what’s happened to my Red Sox. I guess I should be glad I left Boston in 1977, so I didn’t have to watch at close range.
Isn’t Fenway known as the most racist stadium in the U.S.A., with the most ra ist fans? The Red Sox were the last team in major league baseball to have a black player and her symbols of racism?
I love sports, always have, but I just can’t bring myself to watch pro baseball, football and basketball. I’ll try watching hockey this year and see how far I get. Fortunately, college football has been pretty decent and apolitical this year.
Unfortunate.
Wokemeister John Henry has done a good job removing any traces that the Yawkey family ever existed.
Interestingly the Red Sox were the last team to integrate. Pumpsie Green joined the team in 1955 - 8 years after Jackie Robinson!
Bttt
I’ve gotten somewhat back into watching soccer this year, mainly because of Erling Haaland.
I have one more reason to hate that team.
Oh wait, maybe I was in the Yawkey Wing of Massachusetts General Hospital that day. Could be that I was in one of the wings of one of the other great Boston hospitals. You know, those facilities where the name of that POS Henry is nowhere to be found.
the Red Sox could have signed Jackie Robinson and Willie Mays but they passed. Willie Mays would have hit 800 HRs in Fenway. How ironic.
All you have to do in response is not watch their games on TV, buy their merch, or attend any games.
If they really want to put themselves out of business, I encourage them to whole heartedly do so!
Get woke, go broke and stay broke!
Apparently also perhaps a fake Moslem.
