However at this point, I have no idea how to engage any agency outside of the corruption of Washington. Elections alone won’t accomplish it. The forces making up these now rouge agencies are beyond the reach of voters.

In the end, any case that must be tried in DC courts is a waste of time. There are no fair juries, and the BS acquittals simply give the left another lie to crow about.

The system is corrupted. The players and powers that be can play the edges and grey areas of the law with impunity while the common folk can be hammered for innocent errors of complex laws or even if they are wholly innocent.
Federal law was intended to be restricted to a few federal and interstate issues; obviously it is far beyond this and has morphed into a support system for those with power.
At least in political issues (and now everything seems political), I have no faith in the legal system to provide fair justice for its citizens. It no longer has a mandate or even the interest to do so.

Durham has about two weeks to make a meaningful move. Nobody’s buying the election dodge. Without a move now , he’s done. Nothing he might do after the election will mean a thing.
He’s been running out the clock for the last 18 months.
