The Nordstream pipelines have sprung some leaks and it appears to be sabotage.

If this is a case of sabotage, there are two suspects: Vladimir Putin and Joe Biden. Putin might want to choke Western nations over politics, but all he had to do was shut off the spigot.
There is someone else who really has motivation to sabotage the pipeline. That someone promised to end fossil fuels. That someone shut off oil pipelines to the US. That someone shut off oil drilling leases.
That someone promised to end the Nordstream pipeline if Russia invaded Ukraine.

Whether or not Joe Stolen actually was in any involved in the Nord Stream pipeline catastrophe, it only has to LOOK like he may be the guilty party. That is the only pretext needed to whip up a pro-war frenzy among those already predisposed to “war as a first resort”.
Future generations will look back at this era and conclude that transparency was not the leading trait of the unfortunate regime of the oligarchy that seized power in Washington, DC, in early 2021, and blundered into the wrong side of every foreign police decision made from that time forward.
In the absence of sufficient military power to back up their decisions, the oligarchy began writing checks mortgaging the future of every American for generations to come. All while providing no means whatsoever to convince thinking people they had any idea what they were doing.
Failure is predictable. The path that leads to that failure is not.

I have to agree. Moreover, the USN is pretty much the premier outfit for performing sophisticated underwater tasks from submarine lockouts. The Russians have been scrambling to develop a similar capability, but even as recent as the “Kursk” disaster they were reliant on Western divers to perform the recovery.
Yeah, you could probably do this with ROV’s and surface ships, but that would attract a lot of attention.
If that is true, than Xiden needs to be impeached and imprisoned.
Or fiber-optic-controlled ROVs dropped from Seahawk Helos.
This would just require giving a new mission to existing USN EOD mine hunting capabilities. Instead of planting a charge next to a sea mine or other explosive demolition target, they plant the charge next to the pipeline.
If POTUS (or his handlers) give the USN this mission, they will carry it out, 100%.

I don’t think the decision was left up to him. Most likely some underling ordered it, and it was carried out by military or CIA professionals. Their concerns were that the explosive was enough to do the job, and forensic examination of residue would send a message.
Until someone actually sees the damage and can determine if:
1. The explosion came from outside the pipeline.
2. The explosion came from inside the pipeline.
3. It may have been a kind of failure (things happen).
4. Some idiot did something stupid like drop an anchor in the wrong place.
Then it is too soon to assign blame.
Myself, I doubt that Russia had anything to do with it. I also don’t believe Biden had anything to do with it because it was a success.
First, it’s explosionS, plural.
Next, throw out 2, 3 and 4 immediately.
You don’t have 4 nearly simultaneous explosions on 2 different pipelines by “accident.”
You might as well add #5: Four unseen asteroids hit the sea and cut the pipelines, in for places, KM apart, unseen.

While it is true Putin & Biden are the main two suspects and the mainest suspect is Joe Biden & the U.S. Navy, I think there is a third suspect. A suspect that is very good at playing geo-politics. China.
However, Joe Biden is the only national leader that bragged, he would destroy Nordstream. He is also the only national leader that has spent over 50 years saying and doing stupid things about international policy. He is also the only national leader that is senile to the point of incompetency.
A nation with a decent tech capability either indigenous or purchased could get a ROV or AUS down 238 ft to plant an explosive any time in the last few months. Also, the explosion could have come from an internal explosion. It’s still sabotage but it become more complicated who was initiating the detonation, and for want reasons.
there will be a need to see the sites to confirm by a more neutral party otherwise no one will accept the findings. I still think any resolution will not be accepted.
There’s also supposition that its all BS and the pipeline has not been damaged. If it has my money is on the deep state.

There were 4 (FOUR) explosions that happened on 2 pipelines, KM apart.
(2 charges on each pipeline, standard military “one is none” redundancy SOP).
This is possible:
The CIA warned Germany about sabotaging the gas lines. Is it “still” reasonable to assume that the USA warns in advance about something it’ll do “secretly”?
With plausible deniability, Russia might have conducted the gas lines’ sabotage. They certainly have the capability and here are the motives:
1- to avoid winter World Court lawsuits stemming from European loss of life
2- to punish and destroy NATO and the European Union/Coalition
3- to tell its objecting ally, China, we didn’t destroy one of your biggest markets, Europe!
4- to play victim and bludgeon the USA with a false flag operation
Pretty good motives, wouldn’t you say?
