John McCain was chair of the board of IRI for 25 years and when he stepped down, asked Dan Sullivan to take over. Graham Rubio and Romney are members. They get their funding from USAID and the NED, both of which congress funds via appropriations. The NED does regime change that the CIA used to do. The CEO/President of NED is Damon Wilson who for the past 20 years, has worked with and for NATO and was Exec Vice President of the Atlantic Council for 10 years. The Baltic Pipe will be complete next year and carry natural gas from Norway, an original founding member of NATO, to Poland which borders Germany.
