Trump was not allowed to go to court and present evidence of which there was plenty. The SC used the standing loophole to keep him from doing so. Ridiculous, no one had more standing than Trump. I would argue that we all had standing in a case involving a stolen Presidential election as evidenced by the misery the thief has inflicted on the entire country.
In conclusion, the USA presidential election system is so bad and so full of fraud possibilities, unless the whole system is overhauled, I see no good things in future.
The biggest flaw in system is that when the ballot paper inside the envelope is separated from the envelope, there is no way to identify fraud ballots. Voter signature and identity is on the outside envelope. Fraudsters can dump shit load of fraud ballots into counting machines, and there is no way any recount will identify fraud ballots. We are screwed.
