The seven Democrats most likely to run for president — if Biden bows out

President Biden’s statement this week that it “remains to be seen” if he’ll run for reelection has prompted more Democratic chatter about whether they’ll have a different candidate for the White House in 2024.

If Biden doesn’t run again, a number of Democrats are expected to wade into the presidential waters. But even Vice President Harris isn’t seen as a definitive leading contender in such a situation, Democrats acknowledge privately.

“There’s not one clear candidate and there’s not a rising star,” said one top Democratic donor.

Here’s who is generating the most talk and the most confidence.

Wow. Remember the 7 Dwarfs? 7 Dems——none of whom broke 10%.
1988.

In Britannica online:
1988, in which Republican George Bush defeated Democrat Michael Dukakis. ... Commentators referred derisively to them as “The Seven Dwarfs.

Wow. That article’s a whole lot of silk purse weaving from the sows’ ears that are on offer. My money’s on Newsom. The media will spin any of them, but he’d be the easiest to sell to tens of millions of the gullible

Looking at Biden’s’ cabinet, I think Blinken is the only other cabinet member that could run.

But looking at Democrat Senators, I see several that could run. Some of whom have run before, like Cory Booker, Tim Kaine. The opportunity to bag campaign salaries even if they have no chance may be hard to pass up.

Not the slightest doubt...
If Obamy cannot figure a way to run, he’ll make sure that Moochelle is the one...

After all, he has successfully served (defacto) as the communist ruler behind the scenes for the past 2 years and has accomplished his original goals of destruction...

He certainly thinks he deserves 12-16 more years...

Based on the performance of the GOP over the past 14 years, as well as the now-ingrained servile mentality of the American citizenry, he could very well accomplish it...

I thought Newsome as well, until today. I hear Gavin wants to make it legal to kill a newborn if the child’s parents are not interested in keeping that baby alive.Assembly Bill 2223, introduced by Buffy Wicks.

He still may be the frontrunner, because the media is not likely to fully inform the public about this detail.
Also, some Dems may be fine with it.

Murder of the innocent is the Dims most sacred sacrament. That evil law will only serve to bolster him with the Dims.
Whether he could win the POTUS remains to be seen. All signs point to cheating SOB’s ensuring a Dim majority until the USA falls apart.

Wow! Talk about scraping the bottom of the barrel. When I think about if Trump and DeSantis decided not to run, look at our on deck circle. We have a lot of heavy hitters. They have nobody. Of course, the media will try and make Newsome into a super hero.

The first impeachment was because Adam Schiff jumped the gun to protect Joe Biden over Ukraine and Burisma. Then the FBI covered up Hunters' laptop. Biden was the Democratic Party nominee and designated replacement.

Watch how the Democrats and the news respond to criticism of a candidate. The one the Democrats and news media protect the most is the one who will be nominated.

Gavin Newsom is the most likely to get the nomination.

He’s lazy and incompetent, but he’s also Nancy Pelosi’s nephew and has access to a lot of money. He won’t be afraid to challenge airhead Kamala.

Bow out? Biden already fell out. Too bad he didn’t fall out of an airplane.

Possible contenders are laughable. They’ll have to import a candidate. Maybe from Uganda, Kenya’s already been used.

Biden was my hope for the 2020 primary - because he had so many scandals, problems and acts of idiocy in his history I assumed there was no possible way he could win the general. Now I can’t pick anyone in the DNC primary anymore. It’s too depressing.

That is about the weakest bench I’ve ever seen for both parties. The sad part is, any one of them would be guaranteed 49% of the vote in this country as an absolute minimum.

I think they are right about all of them. But I would throw in there Hillary as well. I also think Illinois governor J. B. Pritzker will run as well.

They are all so unlikable . Possibly if you did not know who Newsom is, he may win over democrat women. But as soon as you show pictures of current California, I think America would vote him down.
