Whitmer is a powerhouse with Dems/women/ drag queens, LGBT and has a 10M war-chest. She got the money from a few folks filing a lawsuit against her- under the law she can raise funds when lawsuits are filed against her. The lawsuits were dropped and she continued to raise money, which was illegal. But of course, no charges, investigation on all of that.
