I had to learn a lot of “lingo” every year, pre-retirement. Most of that wasnt in the dictionary. Professional obligations you know. The world changes.
Also, when you enter a new land you are obliged to learn at least some of the language and culture. “Zot” is a local term dating back at least 20 years.
Look into commas, too. You used two of them, but as periods. And then you left off the period.

I wouldn’t know teenage *lingo* without a search engine and I even use the Oxford comma.
