You mean like how Ukraine has been committing genocide against the independent republics since 2014? And suppression of the Russian language and culture since then as well? Also both France and Germany tried to invade Russia in the last 200 years.

Ukraine has not committed genocide and the “republics” you cite are rump states created by Russia and recognized only by Russia, Russian allies and Russian stooges in other so called republics created by Russia in South Ossetia and Abkhazia.
I don’t defend Ukraine being hostile to the Russian language and culture but I can understand it.
PS, You forgot Sweden and The Great Northern War but since the French invasion falls outside your 200 year time frame I didn’t think you’d mind if I added it to your list.
