Sorry but the Jews were German citizens many who fought for Germany in the Great War.

There are Russian Nationals who are living in a country not their own and that they have no loyalty to.

The Japanese in the Americas during WWII are a closer comparison.

They could do what Peru did and round them up and ship them out.
