In this country, with rare exception, only citizens and legal green card holders can possess firearms. Illegals here, and visa holders, do not have gun rights. As a citizen I don’t want illegals or non-citizens to have guns. They are guests at best.
In Estonia, a country that has every reason to distrust Russia, if these are Russians living in Estonia,non-citizens, why should they have the rights of Estonian citizens? They always have the option to leave.
