This is a wise move. Russians have proven they are not to be trusted.
The Estonians will have a much less trouble when it comes time to round those reds up.
It would have been better if the Estonians would have started a universal militia among ethnic Estonians akin to Switzerland. Depriving Russians of their weapons and property will just create a situation the Russians next door can exploit.
I am sure relieved that the US government can be trusted as it always does what it promises.
