I knew at the time that allowing Lerner to skate was a huge mistake and would come back to haunt us. She should have been prosecuted to the full extent of the law for her actions instead of being allowed to retire with a hefty tax payer funded package.
If it was a scandal, and no one suffered career impact, no one was arrested and there is business as usual, was it really a scandal?
I was part of that targeting here in El Dorado Hills when I was on the EDH Tea Party Board.
I remember distinctly when I found out from our President that they wanted virtually everything from us.
Included all notes from board meetings, all records of donations with names etc…, and THEY WANTED ALL OF OUR TAX RECORDS!!! Our personal ones.

You have to give credit to Judicial Watch. They are tenacious. They have continue to pursue FOIA cases to get this information long after the issues have been white-washed and memory-holed by the media.
The pattern of illegal activity seems to rise to RICO levels here. Or I should say, here also.
