I cannot fathom why anyone would want to even consider sending their kids to public schools today. They are worse than prisons on many levels.
And worse is the number of FReepers who think we should be fixing the system by forcing our kids into it and using/sacrificing them to push through the change. And the ones who say to send them anyways and just let the kids learn to handle it themselves to toughen them up for real life.

Even if you “eliminated” the perp, it would not undo the damage done to your son.
That concussion could have been fatal. It might result in permanent brain damage. Almost certainly terrible PTSD.
DON’T SEND YOUR KIDS TO GOVERNMENT SKOOLS!
This is the type of feral violence the anti-desegregationists warned about. I went to a black high school in the deep south for my freshman year. It was terrible. The blacks rarely even went to class and just hung out. They were violent to the point they were made to park their cars in a special lot and were herded every class period to the side of the school. If they were left in the hallways, they pushed and shoved the white and black kids going to class. The black kids who wanted an education, probably 20% or so, were beat on at every chance by the other blacks.
The following year I went to a wealthy white school in Virginia. Completely the opposite experience. Even the black kids were in class and behaved just fine, probably because their parents were successful for them to be in that school.

Is it any wonder why American schools (as a whole) rank in proficiency at the bottom of most nations in math, reading and other subject areas.
Sue the school districts for not providing safe environments.

Those payouts would come from the tax base/payers so essentially the
district is using public funds to pay. Some how the district employees

Communism gained control of this country through its control of the education system, beginning in the 1960s...
Their dedication and hard work in their jobs of indoctrination have certainly paid great dividends...
The formerly greatest public education system on the planet was totally under their control by the late 1970s & early 1980s...

Christians prop up the govt school system. Pastors won’t speak out about it because there are lots of PS employees in the pews and often the Pastor’s wife is one of them. The system cannot be saved, so the presence of Christians in it enables evil.
