Tucker Carlson revealed on Monday night that his Fox News show obtained subpoenas that were sent from Biden's Department of Justice to Trump allies and supporters, seeking personal communications.

"The subpoena," Carlson said, "claims to be investigating 'any claim that the Vice President and/or the President of the Senate had the authority to rehect or choose not to count presidential electors.'"

"Now keep in mind," Carlson said, "that any claim you make, as an American citizen, about electors, any claim you make about American politics period, is protected explicitly under the first amendment.

Carlson apparently talked about it. But if you expect Fox to cover it, you may be waiting a long time. That network made it clear where they stand in general in November 2020—controlled opposition heading towards MSNBC/CNN territory.
