That is not going to happen. This government will never be truthful and they will never allow insurance companies to stop writing policies for those groups.
It seems in order to understand what is going in in the US and the western world, you have to mentally abandon how things used to work or what was commonly known or practiced.
What may have been practiced by insurance companies then, is not what will be allowed now.
