It seems this was a play for votes. Too bad it won't work!

Every single person I’ve talked to is outraged by this. Of course, I mainly talk to conservative people here in very conservative North Idaho, so it’s not a scientific sample.

It won’t pass constitutional muster, so not only is Brandon being slammed for it now, but he will be slammed by the debtors when it is rescinded.

As I had said from the beginning, inflation is a Democrats worst nightmare.

Because the only solution liberals EVER have is to throw more money at a problem. And unfortunately for them.. that’s the ONE thing you CAN’T do to fix inflation, and in fact, only makes it worse!

Biden and the liberals will bury themselves by trying to help.

It is outright vote buying.

Don’t miss the point that it was a great distraction from the anniversary of the Kabul debacle.

They need to find out a way to lower the cost of tuition and I would suggest getting the government out of the student loan business.

even as the Department of Education pledges to crack down on certain fly-by-night diploma factories.

Like Boston University that gave the abysmally ignorant AOC a bachelor's degree cum laude.

Doesn't matter. Dominion and ballot harvesting is blind to the will of the people.

It’s a BIG WINNER for the Snowflake losers who whined for years to have somebody other than themselves pay for their worthless
“college” indoctrination and programming.

I have 70k in student loans. The 10k forgiveness leaves me with 60k. The little discussed other piece is a payment plan that is based on 5% of discretionary income which also lowers the amount of discretionary income.

Long story short under the new rules for repayment I estimate I only have to pay 8k on the 60k left over.

My total forgiveness will work out to 62k.
