The collapse has been a slow moving train leaving the station. November is looking to be about right but they need to hold on until after the midterms.

November is looking to be about right but they need to hold on until after the midterms. November is typically a good time to stock up on food and supplies. A LOT of stuff, especially baking supplies, are on sale for the holidays, generally right up through Christmas.
It's when I do my yearly replenishing of my baking supplies.
