Yeah sure. China can build any chip anyone needs, bar none. They haven’t done so because until DC worked its magic they didn’t need to source from their old adversary. Now they are suddenly allied, also with India who has the same talent.
Russia can access chips easier than we can at the moment.
It took about 20 years. It is now in series production. As for the SU-57, it is operational, sort of. Can the Russians put it in series production?
It is not that much more complicated compared to legacy fighters once the tooling is in place. I think it is in a sort of mass production since late Spring with about 30 expected to be delivered by the end of the year.
