Great article.

Quote:

“If the GOP really wanted to win in November, we’d see a new ad every single day showcasing the violence going on in our streets along with pictures of some thug who’s just assaulted a random senior as he’s released without bail by a George Soros funded district attorney.

We’d see videos of illegals storming the border. At the end of every single ad would be a simple tagline:

“If you want more of this, please vote for my Democrat opponent… If you want someone who’s going to do something about crime and the quality of American life, vote for me.”

This is nothing new.

Remember, when Obama was president, and when the GOP controlled Congress, they passed bills to repeal Obamacare numerous times? Obama was still president and vetoed those bills.

But then when Trump was president, and there was a president who would actually sign an Obamacare repeal bill, the GOP failed to pass an Obamacare repeal bill.

Sometimes it seems that the GOP are happy to be in a minority position, as opposed to being in a position of power to make things happen.

those issues can’t be addressed without majorities

But if the majority is a Republican one, you can be certain they will not be addressed.

The GOP believes in and will fight for:

1) Open borders
2) A global open market in labor
3) Offshoring productive industries
4) Financialization of the economy
5)) Severing the medium of exchange function of money from the store of value function.
6) Usury as the main engine of consumption.
7) Denying the people their natural, healthy love of their nation
8) Overseas wars on behalf of alien peoples without recompense for our sacrifice.
9) Forced "diversity" with its attendent decline in standards and inevitably accompanying violence.

The GOP has plenty of principles, convictions, and values. YOU must decide if they are yours, or not.

That is a major source of my feeling of hopelessness. If the GOP somehow manages to gain power, they’ll do nothing.

The GOP Members and Senators aren’t cowards - they just conceal what they believe in and will fight for, because if they told you, you wouldn’t vote for them.

I don’t understand how this surprises anyone. Republican leadership has never aggressively pursued passing the agenda upon which they campaign and fundraise once achieving congressional control. It’s obvious that they do not want to be in control.

Mitch McComical is typical of most of the Congre$$ional Republicans today. More interested in preserving the DC Swamp and Deep State than in working to make America stronger and it’s people better off.

Mitch McConnell criticizes Republican candidates for the senate suggesting they are mediocre. I remember Rove criticizing Republican candidates on Fox.

I don’t ever remember Schumer or Carvell ever once criticizing a Demorat running for office at least on a national media outlet. Maybe that is why the Rats win more elections than the GOPe.

This article almost got it right.

Many of these insurgent candidates are not only not friends of Mitch, they are not a guaranteed vote for Mitch as Senate Majority leader.

Mitch would rather be in charge of the minority than be relegated to second chair in the majority.

After being played the stooge for fifty years I was done when the swamp ba$tards jobbed Trump out of a second term. Trump should have formed a real second party on 1/7/21, the MAGA Party. And yes, he could caucus with and control the pubbies that way. People jump me and claim we could never gain a majority my way. Yeah right, like these Uniparty DC hacks are going to lead us to majority. They want the majority and Trump gone yesterday.

The gains by the GOP in November will be because of MAGA voters. The only races the RNC are pushing are for incumbents and squishy republicrat candidates - they don’t support the MAGA slate.

Prove me wrong.

On top of that, many here think or hope that a republican congress is going to rein in the deep state/FBI/intel community.

What a laugh.

They are compromised. Why do you think the FBI sat on the Biden laptop? Sure, they wanted to get rid of Trump, but they also own Biden. Same thing with Hillary over the foundation and her email scandal.

Comey admitted the dirty secret when he said that he fully expected her to win in 2016 but that did not happen because of MAGA voters. A severe miscalculation by Comey who was not furthering justice with his press conference fiasco, he was cementing the absolute power over the next administration that he would possess as the FBI director.

Comey gambled and lost. However, all his hand-picked personnel on the 7th floor continued to play the same game and try to cover for his bad bet by crippling the Trump presidency. The hubris is stunning.

The FBI has enough “kompromat” on McConnell, McCarthy, Graham, and other republicrats that they have little to fear with a GOPe congress.

Ironically, you can tell who they do not control because they “investigate” them or they selectively leak about them to their media allies. It’s a proven pattern. Look at the Matt Gaetz case for proof. Be wary of any “Republican firebrand” that they do not “investigate”. Odds are good that they are all hat and no cattle because they too are compromised.

We do seem to have some brave republican legislators who talk a good game, but how often have we been down this road in the last decade? Trey Gowdy. Darrell Issa. Lindsey Graham. Do I need to keep going?

Graham’s promise to hold hearings and get to the bottom of “insert hysteria of the month here” were a complete and total joke. He puffs up like a bantam rooster on his good friends (Hannity) show weekly but there is not enough viagra in the world when the lights turn on in his own hearing room.

Compromised.

The GOP will make gains in congress this fall largely due to the MAGA base they reject AND the trainwreck of the democrats. It won’t have anything to do with the RNC or GOPe. They will ride the coattails of MAGA and when they reach the finish line there will be knives galore in the back of MAGA even as the GOPe and RNC claims credit for the victory.

The GOP since 1989 has had one overriding concern, keeping the border open and the laws unenforced on fraudulently documented foreigners.

The illegal alien inundation is their top priority, it is why they assisted the Democrats to cheat Trump out.

Until we get rid of the Bush League Republicans, they will continue to assist the Democrats.

Democrat (Criminal) party.

Republican pooRINO (Accomplice) party.

Fortunately the Republican party is being taken over by MAGA, which is reason enough to vote for them, even if there are still RINO accomplices left in it. And even if you are stuck voting for a RINO (i.e. your candidate lost the primary).

IMO-The Accomplice RINO can be managed to a point.

The Democrat Criminal can not.

The Criminal D Party is actively trying to completely destroy this country.

Vote like your life depends on it, because it does.

Also EVERYONE has to vote ON ELECTION DAY, if for no other reason to overwhelm the criminal's machines and make their cheating visible.

And people gave their lives so we could vote.

They are doing this because RINO leadership in Congress has been historically more comfortable with second-tier power and those scraps that Democrat power deigns to throw to them from the table.

They’re like a bunch of neutered dogs lying fat and stupid at the table of the Robber Baron just waiting for a lamb leg bone or something.

I’m beginning to think that if you’re a GOP Congressman or Senator you have to relinquish your balls to advance in status. And, when they do get ousted in a Primary or something the vehemence and vitriol they spew at their constituents is astounding. I still remember Arlen Specter when he lost his cush Senator seat in a primary.

The republican party is like the illegal alien. They get all the benefits of being in charge, the money, the perks, the welfare, with none of the responsibilities.

“And every American, whether they live in the San Francisco, Manhattan or Kalamazoo, MI recognizes that America’s coming apart at the seams. From not being able to go a day without seeing another video of a pack of thugs beating a cab driver in the street or attacking an employee in a restaurant to watching a seemingly endless parade of homeless people punching random strangers, Americans are weary.”

Don’t see any of that crap where I live. Guess we solved that problem. What are the rest of you doing about it? Let me guess - you’re sitting on your fat asses and whining.
