Read the story. 6 years. Was friendly. Wouldn’t hurt anyone. We hear the same thing over and over yet, somehow, it’s the owners fault because they weren’t trained properly.

What proof do we have that they were constantly around people and had no issues? Just the owners word?

My son got bit by a Doberman when he was little. He got too close to his face. The dog felt threatened.

My friend had a German Shepherd who would not let me out the car in his driveway. The dog was being protective.

There is always a reason a dog is aggressive. Not because they mentally break down and decide to attack. They are being protective, territorial or defensive. If your dog is territorial or protective you, the owner, are responsible for the dog.
