Joe Biden unilaterally announced a massive forgiveness of student loans Wednesday afternoon.

Biden answered some questions after he delivered remarks.
“How much advance notice did you have of the FBI’s plan to raid Mar-a-Lago?” Fox News reporter Peter Doocy asked Biden.
“I didn’t have any advance notice. None. Zero. Not one single bit,” Biden said before turning around and walking away.

The Biden White House worked directly with the Justice Department and National Archives to facilitate the investigation into Trump’s handling of documents, according to memos reviewed by investigative reporter John Solomon.
Joe Biden’s spokeswoman has repeatedly claimed Joe Biden had no knowledge of the raid and that he found out about it in the media.
According to the memos, the Biden White House instigated the criminal investigation by eliminating Trump’s claims to executive privilege.
The decision to waive Trump’s executive privilege opened the door for the DOJ to issue Trump a subpoena to turn over documents stored at Mar-a-Lago.
The subpoena ultimately led to the raid on Trump’s Florida residence in which the FBI retrieved 15 boxes of records.

This is in effect an ex post facto application of law making an event in the past which was legal suddenly illegal.

Biden brags about getting Attorney General of Ukraine fired to end an investigation into his son’s dealings. He’s bragged about or inflated his involvement about many other. So I’m waiting for the other shoe to drop: Biden claiming he knew about and had a hand in it sometime in the near future.

I was just thinking that exact thing.
President Trump had the same Executive Privilege that everyone of his predecessors had and VOILA…..you’re a bad guy.
If there are any lawyers on here, wouldn’t a perfect affirmative defense be that what I did at that time was 100% legal. They can’t make a new “law” out of whole cloth to make him into a perp.
Weed is legal in Colorado. Joe Schmo smokes it today. Next week, in order to get Joe, they make it illegal and then charge him for something that he did when it was legal.
