If you really want to get astronomers and physicists upset just ask them what existed before the Big Bang. The answer was, is, and always will be “I don’t know.” The Universe is infinite.
...And “What made it go ‘bang’?”.................
Bring up the measurement problem in a group of physics folks and everyone gets a funny look on their face.
Does God play dice?
Is that damned cat alive?
And what about those photons passing through a slit?
If there truly is a God, where did God come from? Surely there has to be a beginning for Him.......
“The Universe is infinite.”
Actually we have a deeper problem than that.
Homo Sapiens is limited by their senses and the “senses” of their machinery/instruments.
The more we learn the more we realize we do not know.
These matters must be approached with humility—or humiliation will be the result.
