You might want to cancel your winter vacation to Germany this year.

Reports have it likely they won’t be getting any Russian gas. Supposedly some cities/towns are already planning/setting up “heating stations” where by freezing people can go sit in a warm spot for a few hours.

So on this question, right now Russia has the advantage of natural resources, population and industry, especially if China starts supplying them with weapons.

Other than the Southern part of Europe, I don’t usually want to go to that continent during the winter. There’s Australia, New Zealand, Southwast Asia and the Carribeans during our winteer time.

From my experience living in Germany for four years (77-81), Germans as a whole are a hardy people, and they will adapt. I expect that neighborhood gasthauses will take on a role as a heating station, to entice more people to dine there.

We saw what the Chinese could do when they were threatening to blow up Pelosi: absolutely f*** all.

All they can do is ride out their clunky tanks shooting out billows of smoke and looking like absolute trash compared to our stuff, and make threats, but the Chinese are as dysfunctional and worthless as the Russians with the same shitty equipment due to institutional corruption and just low IQ in general.
