Of course the warrant was illegal. For starters it was too broad. But there are lots of other issues with it. But lets not go down that rat hole. Lets point to the raid itself. The FBI stole Trump’s stuff. The FBI denied legal supervision. This whole thing is illegal from top to bottom.
Yes, which is why they refuse to produce the affidavit.

One can only hope that Trump’s lawyers are moving fast on this, and are preparing an appeal to the Supreme Court. Because I’m certain the goal of Biden’s Justice Department is not to merely embarrass Trump. The goal is to arrest him.
Everyone I know even Democrats that really despise Trump are saying the same thing no one trusts the FBI anymore. Their reputation is in tatters. They’re all saying the same thing dismantle the FBI from top to bottom. They overreached this time! They slit their own throats. All for the hate of one man. They should’ve kept their powder dried and kept their cushy institution alive and well. But now they have done themselves in. Nobody, and I’m serious nobody trusts the FBI anymore.
There is most certainly that, the info gained in that overly broad search will essentially put the R party back at square one or even worse.
Since the search - for which there is no effective legal remedy and no one will go to jail - was made with armed force, history may well record the anti-MAGA effort transitioned from a "soft coup" flowing from a stolen election to a hard coup.
That's only half the problem.
The DOJ is just as bad, if not worse.
They fail to prosecute Eric Holder after he was held in Contempt of Congress.
They fail to prosecute Hillary Clinton AFTER THEY EVEN ADMIT SHE COMMITTED SECURITY FELONY CRIMES.
Then they prosecute Trump for a minor process crime.
They were looking for stuff that would incriminate the Dems and their helpers. They rightfully should be scared when DJT is reelected. He has the goods on them and they know it but just don’t know where it is. From his passport they know if he left the country or not. The real data could be anywhere Trump has holdings.

And this is why Gov Desantis should Order the AG to go to a Grand Jury and Indict the whole Bunch for Felony Home Invasion, force them to PROVE beyond a Reasonable doubt the warrant was valid in their criminal trial, they Can’t.
I think Trump has an unequaled chance to break legal ground and potentially even convict federal fbi of state felony theft since they violated the guardrails of the constitution
The whole thing was blatantly unconstitutional.
Also, did the FBI raid Trump’s house to hide or remove or even alter spying devices like microphones and cameras and other spyware?
