Russian invaders continue massive shelling of settlements in the Donetsk region. During the day, Krasnogorovka, Ugledar, Torets, Karlovka, Marinka, Bakhmut, Galitsinovka, Lastochkino, Velikaya Novoselka and other cities and villages were under enemy attacks.
As a result of the Kremlin's aggression on August 13, at least 2 people were killed in the region. Another 10 were injured. This is reported by the head of the regional military administration Pavel Kirilenko (to view the map, scroll through the news to the end).
According to him, two of the victims lived in Krasnogorovka. Three wounded were recorded in Ugledar, two in Lastochkin, and one each in Velikaya Novoselka, Pervomaisky, Bakhmut, Pavlovka and Avdiivka.
More than 100 objects were also damaged, including 94 residential buildings, the premises of PJSC "AKKHZ" and "Kramatorsk plant of heating devices", a kindergarten and a school, 2 cars.
In total, since the beginning of the full-scale Russian invasion of Ukraine, 730 people have been killed in the region, and another 1,890 civilians have been injured. The calculation does not include victims from Mariupol and Volnovakha, because their exact number cannot yet be determined.

Reports from the Ukrainian administration in nearby Mikolayiv suggest the leadership of the Russia-backed occupational government fled Kherson and crossed the river on Saturday. It was not clear whether Russian military commanders had also evacuated across the river. If true, it may be a sign that Russian forces are preparing a withdrawal to defensive positions on the south bank.
