Why is it that some people can't understand present, future and past tense conjugations in the English language? I see this all the time . "Loose'' is present tense. As in ''On the loose''. "Lose''. Future tense . "You will lose the game''. "I lost my keys''. Past tense.

No kidding. It’s the odd post that doesn’t have some grammatical or spelling error. Ironically I think you mean Losing is the present tense, Lost is past tense and Lose is future. Loose is not a verb. :-)
