Trump wins this in court and people will now go to jail over this. The only one going to jail in a dem-controlled government is Trump. "They" will not let this get to a proper court and it may be the only question is whether they will find a judge to issue an arrest warrant.

Well they aren’t going to be in power that much longer are they. I worried about the size of the red wave but now they passed the democrat suicide pact I think it’s going to be huge.
