If they are looking for communications from Jan 6 or after then was Trump president, then—and does the law apply to him about preserving records from after he was no longer president? Democrats & the press seem to want it both ways: they say Trump no longer was president once states certified their votes——and that was well before Jan 6th…..so what is the date when Trump no longer has to preserve records? I think there is proof that Biden ordered James Comey to get Michael Flynn in 2016 or 2017 , after a date when press & Democrats claim Biden no longer was vice president, I believe. Why was Comey taking orders from Biden, anyway?
