How does a State Attorney differ from an elected Attorney General. Pennsylvania had a case of a crooked RAT attorney general Kathleen Kane who was elected but convicted on nine counts of criminal conduct while in office.

She chose to resign.

Why is it that for corrupt democrats they get to avoid actual legal consequences for the misdeeds by resigning? Like, "losing power is penalty enough, let them be now" seems to be official policy in New Jersey (Torricelli, McGreevy, etc) and PA. Some of that was federal crimes and they got laughed off when the perp resigned.

It's been bugging me for 20 years that they get away with it that way. And guess what? Since they did get away with it theyve gotten more brazen and ultimately stole our entire justice system away for their own use.
