How does a State Attorney differ from an elected Attorney General. Pennsylvania had a case of a crooked RAT attorney general
Kathleen Kane who was elected but convicted on nine counts of criminal conduct while in office.
She chose to resign.

Whatever case he may have can be mooted by throwing a usurpation felony charge at him. It’s something that should be done to all these rogue prosecutors in every state.
